Verify with World ID (Orb). The app receives a per-launch nullifier, not your identity. One human, one nullifier.
For a launch's first minutes only verified unique humans can buy: one permit per person, capped size, enforced on-chain. Then the gate turns itself off.
Launchpads tax bots. Human Gate lets humans in.
The check happens in the pool's hook, not on a website. A bot that skips the app still hits the hook.
Verify with World ID (Orb). The app receives a per-launch nullifier, not your identity. One human, one nullifier.
The gate signer issues one single-use permit bound to your wallet and this pool, with a max buy per human. It can't be moved to another wallet.
Swap through the GateRouter. The v4 hook checks the permit and your remaining cap on every swap. Each gated buy emits a GatedBuy event.
The end time is hard-coded in the pool. When it passes the hook stops checking and the pool trades normally. No admin can extend it.

Dev-wallet bundles vs outside snipers across 8.2M launches, Oct 2025 to Oct 2026.
The deployer is the bigger extractor. A gate with exemptions fixes nothing.
Drained on Robinhood Chain through up to 32 fee-exempt whitelist wallets per launch, Jul to Sep 2026.
The sniper tax didn't apply to the wallets that mattered.
Market price for solving services. A research model hit 100% on reCAPTCHA v2.
A captcha is a rounding error in a bot's costs.
Pump.fun's KYC'd ICO. Jupiter's WET presale: 1,100 of 1,530 wallets were one sybil.
Uniqueness needs a per-human nullifier, not an ID check.
Share of Pump.fun snipers out within five minutes. 87% of snipes are profitable.
The first buyers are usually the first sellers.
First-come by arrival, no Timeboost. One low-latency provider reports winning 65–70% of same-nonce races.
Being first is bought with latency. That's why a batch window is next.
The market standard is a fee that starts near 99% and falls to zero. It changes when bots buy, not whether.
| Launch | Anti-bot method | Window | What a bot does | Exemptions | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pons | fee 99% → 0 | ~5 s | Waits ~5 s, or uses an exempt slot | Up to 32 whitelisted wallets | Mobula |
| Zora | tax 99% → base | 10 s | Waits 10 s or pays | None documented | Zora docs |
| Clanker v4 | 2-block delay, sniper auction, fee 80% → 5% | ≤ 2 min, auto-off | Bids in the auction or pays the fee | None documented | Clanker docs |
| Jupiter Studio | fee 99% → 0 | random 15–60 s | Guesses the window or pays | None documented | Bitget |
| Human Gate | proof of human + per-human cap, no tax | set per pool, self-expiring | Can't buy until the gate expires | No exempt list; the deployer needs a permit too | What's live |
Live means deployed on Robinhood Chain. Next means not deployed yet. Click an item for detail.
A Uniswap v4 hook on the gated pool plus a router that carries your permit into the swap. The hook, router and signer addresses are shown in the app and link to the explorer.
World ID (Orb) proves you're a unique human. One nullifier per human per launch gets one permit, bound to one wallet. No personal data is stored, only the nullifier.
Each permit carries a max buy. The hook tracks what you've spent during the window and rejects anything above the cap, so farming extra identities has to pay for itself one small allocation at a time.
Start and end are fixed when the pool is created. There is no function to extend the window. If the signer goes offline, the pool still opens to everyone at the end time.
Every gated buy emits a GatedBuy event. Anyone can count permits used and check the signer didn't hand out extras.
Collect gated orders for the window and fill them at one clearing price, so arriving first gives no edge. Removes the latency race that remains between humans today.
Verify the World ID proof in the contract and drop the permit signer. Needs a World ID root relayed to Robinhood Chain.
Passport-based ZK proofs for people without an Orb, likely at a lower cap since one person can hold more than one passport.
Let any v4-based launchpad put the gate in front of a new pool with one config.
The same gate for Solana launches, where Pump.fun has no native anti-snipe today.
External security review of the hook and router, report published in full.
Launching today on Pons, a Robinhood Chain launchpad.
A share of fees from launches that use the gate directed to $HGATE. Mechanism not final.
Launch teams holding $HGATE unlock gate features such as longer windows or the batch window once it ships. Buyers' caps stay one per human.
